There are a lot of ways that people will let you know that you've done a great job on a particular task. A pat on the back, a sincere compliment, maybe a great recommendation. All of those things are great, but often times, the best way to know you truly made someone happy with your work is for them to ask you to do it again.

This is our second time working with MetroPCS for the Michigan region in their annual Dealer Awards. The event itself was top-shelf, five-star, and whatever other superlative you can think of. The evening began with cocktail hour at "Hockeytown", a sports bar with obvious ties the pro hockey team in the city. You could see that everyone involved expected a great night. Leaving from the cocktail hour, all the invitees had the chance to walk through the red carpet. Everyone felt the VIP treatment.

Now I've been to the Fox Theater my fair share, and never in my lifetime has it looked like it did that night. It was very easy to forget that the event took place in the foyer. "METRO" lit up in showcase lighting atop the staircase. Spotlights and lighting galore. Awesome band "3 Piece and a Biscuit" and DJ L-Boog working in tandem to further accentuate the ambience with great music. Models presenting awards. The CEO with a special message of thanks for the previous year's work, and inspiration for what 2014 has in store.

Calling it a great evening is an understatement. Here's to many more.
